The Hurricane, Shane Helms, has updated his diary at his website www.shanehelms.com for the first time in three months. In his 50th Diary of a Serial Thriller, Shane discusses the recent programs he has had on TV with The Rock (giving The Rock some great props for giving Shane the opportunity to work with him), Triple H, Chris Jericho, and Ric Flair.
